Vincent Ribeiro is a great friend of mine and there is nowhere he wouldn't go with his bike. The one route he would routinely take is from Marine Park New York to Palisades New Jersey. It stretches about 70 miles round trip and goes through Prospect Park, FDR East River Drive, then Henry Hudson Road with the spectacular view of the George Washington Bridge and Hudson Valley.
This film captures moments of Vincent's routine. The First Crack of the sunrise in the Palisades while many others are still asleep. I would also like to use this film to congratulate his recent winning of the New York State Category Four Silver Medal.
